Meet Phil...

Phil Winter has joined the Pink & Lily team - he has a great CV having worked in a number of rosette awarded establishments. His career started working under Phil Vickery and then Gary Rhodes at the Castle Hotel, Taunton, Somerset. Phil followed Gary Rhodes to the Dolphin Square, Westminster where he continued to develop his skills.

Phil came highly recommended to the Pink & Lily and is delighted to enhance both the menu and the regular special food evenings we hold - a real opportunity for him to show off his skills. Phil also brings with him a great passion for fresh & locally sourced, seasonal food; this includes baking all our bread on site.

Phil will always respond to customers with food intolerances - either let us know at time of booking, or on the day and Phil will make sure you are provided with great, safe food.
