Around and about...
The Pink & Lily is set high on the edge of the Chilterns overlooking the Vale of Aylesbury and offers easy access to many splendid walks. Why not leave your car in our car park and set out on a beautiful circular woodland walk and then join us for a well deserved rest and a spot of lunch. Even if you and your party are just passing through during a longer walk, cycle or day trip, why not let us know what time you'll be stopping by and we can have meals or snacks waiting for you when you arrive.

From Thame the route follows the Phoenix Trail - a scenic six mile traffic free route on a former railway line - as far as Princes Risborough. Admire the views of the Chiltern Hills or observe the stunning red kites swooping overhead. The Phoenix Trail is ideal for walkers and cyclists alike and is especially good for less experienced cyclists. From Princes Risborough the route becomes more challenging as it climbs the Chilterns along country lanes (it is worth it as you reach the Pink & Lily) taking in the picturesque village of Great Missenden before arriving at the market town of Chesham.
